Crafters need some love please.

Just finished my crafter story which took a lot longer than any other story line.
as of right now the crafter just feel lack lust and pointless to level. I feel as thou my only job as a crafter is to feed the server. Crafter needs some love. What made me love crafting is no where to be seen.
Crafter needs -
Crafter needs to put there name on the items they make.
Crafter items need a small bonus At least on par with lowest tier magical stuff.
Example weapons  - 1% hit chance, 10% damage and higher durability, Add small % increases per type of metal used. on weapons.
Gear - Add higher durability out the gate and + 1% to each resist and a + 1 increase per metal.
I don't think crafted items should complete with magical stuff but we should at least be on par with the lower tier stuff. Wearing a Val suit should mean some thing other than just a color. I know as the server progresses we are able to add more things to items but early stages it just feels pointless to be a crafter. I feel like i wasted my time leveling a crafter. tossing around the idea of deleting the toon to just play the meta that is a tamer. which the game is  kind of pushing you towards to even compete.

On NL Beta, after the Congiarium was leveled up to max, basically all crafters did was restore looted gear (magical gear that is looted has a max of 25 Dur, which goes up to 150 when restored by a GM Crafter), and apply enchantments to weapons via the Congiarium.
GM Scribes had a 1% chance of crafting Vanquishing Spellbooks. Blacksmiths/Tailors/Carpenters could not craft magical gear at all, and could only add a single enchantment to weapons via the Congiarium.

Tamers are strong early on in NL due to the other templates lacking good gear. Once the Congiarium is leveled up, and other templates have good gear, they start to be able to compete. Warriors especially are really dependant on their gear. Once Warriors have Vanq/Invuln gear, they can take on bosses that give most Tamers trouble.

Once my Mage could make a full set Vanq Slayer spellbooks he could hold his own when groups attacked Bosses and always got a drop.
