Shirt and Fancy Shirt do not fully appear on default EC paper doll

With the default EC shirts and fancy shirts do not fully appear on the paper doll. They do kinda show up behind the torso like shoulder pads. I have only seen this on happen on Catskills. I have tried different characters and accounts and different shards.
