exploited pets

so today i was on Baja and ran into this Greater dragon being used at a spawn. it had 1800 hit points and also had 9x 120 scrolls on it. thought those were all supposed to be nerfed a while back. if this is going to be allowed, can you please make paragons tamable for the rest of the tamers who did not use and continue to use the exploit? fair play.

I think it was mentioned in a newsletter or perhaps it was in publish 99s notes that they were going to move the fix to a future publish because their "fix" was affecting certain pets that hadn't been exploited. 

The fix may be part of publish 100.
