I am attempting to transfer to Yamato this evening. The shard is online, but it states, "The selected destination shard is unavailable." I paged a GM about this issue but have not received a response within an hour.
Additionally, a post was made requesting that we avoid sending multiple pages regarding recent updates, so I have adhered to this guideline. Therefore, I kindly ask that GMs respond when we seek assistance. Could you please clarify the expected response time from page to a GM response so players can set their expectations accordingly.
Can you please investigate why the transfer system is currently down?
