Client crash every visit to Stygian Abyss

Every single visit to the Stygian Abyss my client will crash and more often lead to my death. I wrote a rather unhappy ticket that hasn't been responded to in a couple of days and tried to get some help on reddit. Patches are up to date and even performed a full file check. This only happens in SA and nowhere else in the game. Not even in Underworld. Windows is up to date. Few other suggestions like check malware (not sure how, and why?), add UO folder to antivirus exception, check event viewer. I don't know any of that stuff and i basically turn a computer on and play UO. I'm behind most gamers on tech knowledge. Someone mentioned it's a known issue and it won't be fixed. This is classic client downloaded from here. I really need to farm imbuing ingredients from there and this is a must fix for me. Any help would be appreciated.

    This also happens to me. Often at the same areas in the abyss. 

    The first bridge leading into the snakes/Medusa spawn for instance. 

    Classic Client - also on Catskills.

    Edit: Just realized this should be posted in Bugs - not sure if a moderator can move?
