Enhanced Client doesn't start

Hi, I launch the program, enter my username and password, it doesn't start. I can't click on any login, quit etc icons. This happens on my laptop that has windows 11 installed. The Classic works properly. I removed and reinstalled the enhanced, but the problem remains. A few suggestions? Thx

    Go to your Documents folder and then into the EA Games folder.  From here Copy the Ultima Online Stygian Abyss folder to a different location and delete the one in the EA Games folder.  Start the game like you normally do and see if it will load.  If you have macros you want to load back to your characters, copy them from the original folder you copied and put them back into the new folder that was created after you start the game.  I don't think any of these files are affected when reinstalling the game so might be something in there causing it.
