EC - Setting an auto-lock value on a skill obfuscates the real cap

This has happened to me a few times where I've set an auto-lock on a skill a while back, forgot I did so, and then purchased a power scroll I didn't need.

When you set an auto-lock value on a skill (you do this by right clicking the skill), this auto-lock value will take the place of the cap in UI. There is nothing which indicates you've set a lock, and all you see as the cap is the value that you've set. If you've set the auto-lock value to anything 100-120, you can easily forget that you've eaten a power scroll.

So if it is working as intended then how is it a bug?  Sounds more like operator error
