EC - Tooltip does not dismiss when closing item turn-in and redemption gumps

Minor bug:

1. Open a gump to turn in an artifact (Blackthorns or any newer event)
2. Hover over an item to show the tooltip
3. Right click to close the gump
4. Observe the tooltip still exists and follows your cursor

Gif shows Blackthorns. This also occurs with the "claim rewards" gump from newer events. The older claim rewards gump like Blackthorns works fine.

this is especially annoying when it happens during PvP... I get this all the time mid fight, it's very irritating
