I want to sell a Lava Proof Hook i got as a quest reward.

You can create a trade chat if you want but usually Gen Chat is going to have the most people to buy/sell items. Spam in there for a bit to see what you find. Other option is just throw it on a vendor at a price that is lower than other lava proof hooks so you are the first one people will buy when they search VS.
