Problems to connect the ea store from uo.com webpage

Hi it's 3 weeks i cannoct connect to the ea store from uo.com webpage link because it says "is redirecting too many times" and i know several people meet the same matter.
it says to cancel cookies and i canceled them but still don't connect to ea store
pls let me know if is a general matter ty
