Transmogrify potion change

Change request:

Please remove the limitation of transmogrifying an item multiple times.

Rationale:

1. Allow users to pick a new look, if they aren't satisfied with a prior transmogrify result.
2. Allow users to transmogrify an already transmogrified shield onto the 25 year vet reward shield.
3. Allow users to [re]transmogrify onto an item type type that can be repaired.
4. Sell more transmogrify potions. 

Alternately:

Provide a means to undo a transmogrify back to the original item type.
