    More likely they would do a guaranteed repair tali with 5 or 10 charges that will work with a repair deed or a crafting tool. Sold through the UO store for 500 and 1000 sovereigns respectively.

     :D  Yup.  Or only bundle it with the Anvil of Artifacts.
