How come all the shop keepers are nailed to the floor unless you go to Luna? It's bad enough all the towns are devoid of players. Can't we at least have dynamic npcs?

    He is up there on most shards and has been there before bribing came along.

    I liked it when they walked around. And you could tell one to move and they'd move. So you could steal stuff and they wouldn't see you.

    They will still move when you tell them to luckily.

    Huh! I thought I’d tried to hustle some npcs to move and they stood there like statues. But it was ages ago. I’ll check it out again.

    Maybe only the ones that walk around a little move.  The ones in Luna on the grass all move except the ones that the EM puts down.
