How much skill is needed to get a large BOD?

At what point do i have a chance to get a large bulk order deed? I started getting leather armor tailor deeds at a surprisingly low level (not colored of course, but that is fixable). Just curious when larges start to show up.

If I am not mistaken I am almost sure it is 70 and the higher you go the supposed better chance you get to get a LBOD/EX BOD/ colored BOD
