What about a necro ninja?
I don't remember seeing any discussion about a necro ninja. He'd be sort of a morph-master, with 8 Ninjitsu forms offering various abilities, and 4 Necromancy forms with other abilities. (Technically there are 12 Ninjitsu forms, but 4 classes offer the same abilities. For example, both dog and cat form offer HP regen.) There are also Ninjitsu talismans allowing for four additional forms. Necromancy also offers 5 pet summons, and the wolf summon allows taming of wolves.
A potential template would look something like:
110: Necromancy, Ninjitsu
100: Spirit Speak, Hiding, Stealth
100 <weapon>, Tactics
Of course jewelry could effectively raise any of those skill levels above their actual values, allowing for example 120 in both Necromancy and Ninjitsu, along with 115 in <weapon> and Tactics.
The forms have various limitations. You cannot cast any spells or use Spirit Speak while in any of the Ninjitsu forms, nor can you use spells while in the Necromancy Horrific Beast (HB) form. (A "focused" Necromancy build allows HB to cast, but that means no other spell books, nor Focus, Parry, Taming, or Barding. This point is moot for the necro ninja, because Ninjitsu unfocuses Necromancy.)
Without Meditation or Focus, mana would need to be generated with the MR property on armor pieces and/or the Necromancy Shadow Wisp summon. Note that while you cannot summon any creatures while in a Ninjitsu animal form, you can pre-summon while in your regular form, then morph. The summon will remain with you.
What do you think of a necro ninja template conceptually? Have you played one?
