are the spawns of event the same on all shards every day?

If so. or even not. whats with all the hiryus every day in Winter spur?! used to be like once every few days

    I do not think they are the same on each shard.  Yesterday ours was lava lizards and extra skele dragons. I have not looked today.

    No, on LS Winter Spur has no Hiryus today.  I have only seen a few Hiryus during the whole event that were not in their normal spawn areas.  

    The shards are different.

    GL used to be hiryus once every 3 or 4 days. past 2 weeks i think the winter area has had them 12 out of 14 days
