Bedlam Entrance Bug

Seems to be a bug with Bedlam entrance.
Often when I try and enter Bedlam, the process does not work. When I click the Iron Maiden, it does nothing. This happens when:
- I recall into Umbra and try and enter Bedlam
- I use Moongate, run to Iron Maiden, and try and enter Bedlam
- I open my own moongate to Umbra, and try and enter Bedlam
To fix this, I have to:
- Open a moongate in the Bloodletters, go through, and come back
-or-
- Log out of game, and log back in
This has happened on both my computers almost every time I try and get in.
