What stats go beyond max with runic tool reforging?

Hey guys,

It seems like few stats can go beyond the limits of imbuing if we use runic reforging. For example, the max mana leech with imbuing is 67, where as it can go to 100% with runic reforging.

At the same time, a guildie told me that not all stats go over the imbuing maximum. So it only makes sense to use the reforging for few select stats. Do you guys know if there is a list of what stat can go beyond the imbuing limit with reforging? I looked around but I could not find one.
