    USA goes out of daylight saving a little before Europa, changing the time difference for a while. Europe's clocks went back on Sunday.

    What?? No. It is the opposite.

    Europa hat their time change last Sunday (CET instead of CEST, meaning UTC+1 now), the US will catch up in a few days from now (Nov 5th).

    oops, sorry, I got it the wrong way around :(
    However the basic answer is sort of valid, it IS the difference in daylight saving that caused the change Drakelord noticed
