EC - window state and position is not remembered

I always play with the client window being maximized.

But it always starts as regular window, roughly as big as the monitor resolution and I have always to maximize it manually. It is not game breaking, but it got very annoying very soon, since I have to do it for every single time...

Has always worked that way for me.  Conditioned now to maximize window when I log on.

On my system, if "window_frame" and "fullscreen" are false, and the window resolution matches the screen resolution, the game is in windowed mode, filling the entire resolution of the screen.
