So in One year 12 recycled events... with 12 new reward items (wearable artifacts) for each event. This is better than legacy.

Completely agree.This year has pretty much been a wash with only 1 event in the first 9 months with zero new items.
One would think with the dynamic cookie cutter events (ie treasures / champ spawns) being all basically the same, we could look forward to at least 3-4 a year. At least that's the impression I think most people got when they spent a whole year on a tool to make deploying those type of events easier.
Crazy to think that we were getting 1 "treasures of" event 5-6 years ago along with a bunch of other different content... fast forward to now and we are still only get 1 "treasures of" event even with the tool they developed but there wasn't anything else new to work toward the first 9.5 months of the year.

If not new things at least update rewards for old things.
If only the rewards for ToTs were 'account bound' so they could turn them on more often without surely the massive influx of botting/reports.
