Dressing up some maniquins I came across a thigh boots of exceptional quality double exceptional pure black says hue 1... Looks like you have no legs wearing them wondering if they are anything special thanks...

    i was told that double exceptional footwear sells for 2 - 10M
    but don't know if that was a correct 
     I did have mine on a vendor for about a year before it sold

    There are people who collect double exceptional footwear
    don't think the hue matters that much
