Can a pet have and use both?

    You should be able to put both on a Triton. But that would fill it up. You would not be able to add anything else, but you can add another magic and replace poison. Also a White Wyrm would be the same. Maybe other pets that start with no abilities and can get poison as a magic.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    No point. Poison Breath is superior to Venomous Bite. Venomous Bite inflicts up to Deadly Poison (Lvl 4) within a few tiles of the pet. Poison Breath inflicts up to Lethal Poison (Lvl 5) to all targets on screen, with the Poison level diminishing with range from pet.
