Holy light does not add to Rampage
1. Use Wrestling Mastery's Rampage spell
2. Cast Chivalry's Holy Light near a target
3. Observe bonuses are not added to Rampage

Per EC tooltip, Rampage adds bonuses per each successful hit or offensive spell. For holy light, which is an offensive spell, bonuses should be added, as they are for other AoE's (Wither, Earthquake, etc.).
