Sent 3 emails to support, nothing but the automated response.
Sent email to Mesanna to ask about the support staff. no response either.
you contact EA and they dont even know what Ultima Online is.

    I was able to contact an upper member of Mgmnt and got a response...it had no effect on my initial complaint, but I did get a response...

    Please make the Grizzled Mare a 5 slot mount, it's incredibly rare and deserves it. Some of us have been waiting a long time for this simple addition.

    Mesanna was setting up a few things for the Summer Solstice last week so I doubt she's on vacation but she might be working on putting together the semi-annual newsletter this week (previously known as monthly).

    That said, it has sort of seemed like the Dev team goes on summer break the last 2-3 years and don't put much out (content / communications) so maybe most of the team is on vacation.

    I'd love to get more "events" like this one globally where there is a bit more story to it and more than the current dynamic ToT. I'd love to get something like the 20th anniversary (I think that's when it was) event arc where it was essentially a 3 or 4 part event which everyone worked toward which ended with defeating evil and a royal parade.
