Asian shards?

Making trip ftom Origin to Atlantic and all the Asian shards are blanked out why would they be on different patches

    Their server down times are either 5pm CST or 6pm CST. They are acting up tonight. I've gotten huge lag spikes and disconnects. Friends are experiencing the same.
