I have 3 accounts.Their payment was ended 07.12.2022.Shall I have to anything for make my accounts turn into EJ.Thanks for help.

    Have you tried logging in to the accounts?  What is the actual date shown in account management?

    I have tried logging in to the accounts but I cant enter.How can I see remaining time for EJ?.In account management I looked everywhere but nothing shows EJ remaining time.

    that's why I asked what date shows as the closing in account management. It takes 120 days for an account to become EJ. If the account closed 7th December it should have gone EJ 6th April

    I have also had this problem. If you email support they will correct the account status to EJ
