Splinter does not proc on EVs or Blade spirits.

As stated in the title, splinter does not proc on EVs or Blade Spirits, yet these things can be bled via other specials or pets with bleed special.

Seems a bit erroneous.

    pls fix, i would like to easier destroy splintering weapons of people afk in houses that somehow spam specials/focus attack every swing. thank you.

    nvm devs mervyn is right, since clients exist to automatically self disarm when a weapon gets to 0 min durability without any user interaction whatsoever i guess there just isn't a reason to make splinter proc on EVs and blade spirits. sorry to waste everyone's time.

    Can't do bleed special attack on elemental or undead, can't do bleed attack on these summons either, they are probably classed as elementals (although ele slayer don't work on them)
