What's the catch % using fish finder I've caught 50 yellowtail barracuda 0 marlin

I think it has been established that the fish finder only works for rare fish, not legendary ones.

So let me change question what's catch rate of any legendary fish ? I think i saw 1% and 14ish wearing bait suit with appropriate bait
