    Because TC 1 has a spawn and the live servers do not.  The versions do not match.

    They are letting us test the spawn for a long time.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    That's not always the reason because I was able to copy a char over there when they just introduced the thorn content (I Xferred over my luck suit). Sometimes the transfer jobs (functions?) need to be restarted.
