(I initially did not include this spell with the Attunement report because this is a targetted spell so it's possible for someone to cast the spell, and hold the target until the cooldown has expired, however after seeing many screenshots of players, seems they have been downloading a third party script to fix this issue and show a timer for this spell too (as well as attunement) so overall would be better to have cooldown check occur prior to cast, also would make more consistent with the way other spells operate)"
