How does one make a Hollow Prism ?

According to UOGuide, it is crafted under the ALCHEMY Menu using sand with a minimum 100.0 Alchemy skill needed.

Well, I have 100.0 Alchemy, I am using a Mortar and Pestle as tool but, I looked under all of the Categories but could find the Hollow Prism nowhere....

What gives ?

    Did you miss the part where it says "Crating the Glassblowing Item Hollow Prism"?

    A Mortar & Pestle isn't for glassblowing.
