Classic client skill gump (minor ui issue)

if you right click to close the skills gump and your cursor is positioned over an up/down/lock symbol, gump will not close, gump will become unresponsive and after a short delay the up/down/lock arrow will change as if you left clicked
expected result: right click to close gump, not to change skill up/down/lock"
