EC - Remove Trap tooltip is incorrect

The Remove Trap tooltip says you need Lockpicking and Detect Hiding as pre-requisites, but these were removed as part of the Treasure Hunting updates: https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/skills/remove-trap/
