Unable to place ship cannon

Hi! I have issue - unable to place cannons on my britainnia galleon.
"There is already a weapon deployed here". Also, on of my installed cannons disappear today.

and now i can't dry dock ship - because "You cannot dock the with a cluttered deck".

but deck is clear. please advice
