in search of a 120 Imbuing Artificer

Not mine shard, but I played enough here during the EM events to be awarded a ranger suit.  I would love to see something done with it so that I could wear it, LRC, resist as high as possible, maybe some mana regen etc..

Can it be reforged?  Take it to TC and make yourself an Imbuer to see what you can put on it.
