Lightning arrow (unsure)

"Not sure if this is working as intended, lightning arrow does not use ammunition,

however you require 1 arrow in your inventory to use the special lightning arrow, if this was working as intended i would expect that you do not require 1 arrow in your inventory.

So expected result: to not require 1 arrow in inventory (or for special to use ammunition)"

    It's shooting lightning not an arrow but you still need an arrow to activate look at the arrow as a regent

    If you don't have a 100lrc suit you do try it with one of the reduce ammo cost item

    wait until merv learns you need the required tithing cost to cast chiv spells even with 100% lrc. cant wait to see that "BUG EXPLOIT WITH CHIV ONLY AFFECTS CLASSIC CLIENT NOT ****" thread.
