forum admin/s perverting customer service issues

"forum admin has closed thread used to report information on bug,
when bug is still open
people with additional information now unable to post

forum admin should not have power to pervert the course of paying customer's ability to report a bug or provide additional information for any reason

developers already have a large volume of work, blocking potential crucial and time saving information is not necessary"

    If you have new information, post a new thread. We are not going to re-open a thread that was closed due to the volume of trolling it attracted.

    I refuse to open a new thread/s, as there is no way to link the old thread to the new thread, as you cannot post on the old thread, that there is a second thread open.

    I have no business to clean up after a forum admin"
