Personal Attendant broken by shard transfer - fixed!

I had a personal attendant, but in deed form, not deployed. Long ago I did a shard transfer and came back to find the 'Heidi' that returned was not recognised by the deed as the 'Heidi' that owned it. GM was unable to help. Its been that way for some years now :( .

Yesterday I made a shard transfer with the same character, and expecting nothing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained, I took the broken deed with her. 
I just returned home, clicked on the deed and found it now works again!  So if anyone else has experienced this problem, all is not lost!

    Did 'Heidi' take the deed with her the first time?

    No, I was unaware that shard transfers could break the connection to such things until I returned and found it no longer recognised her as the owner. I made this post so that if anyone else had made the same unwelcome discovery they could fix their deed in the same way.
