Account management question.

hi,

I have 3 uo accounts over 2 ea mythic accounts.

acct1_uo contains:

account1

account2

acct2 contains:

account3

the problem is, account1 is an account I received from a player but since I do not have the secret question, I can not unlink it.

If one day the person decides to recover his account, he will can access to my account2 which is in the same ea account?

if so, how is it possible to unlink account2 to link in acct2?

How old is the account?  All of my accounts are so old that none of them have secret words and there was no option at a later date to add one so I guess I would be SOL.

account1 has been created in 99.

It is so old that the secret word wasn't around then.  Was it on a CC and do you have that CC#.  You could email mesanna and ask for help.

I'm no expert, but since it's on your email address and you are paying for it, I don't think you'd have a problem. Any notification about account status will be sent to the email related to it, ie you. None of us had secret words in the early years, it's highly likely the previous owner doesn't have it either.
