Spring Fever - Quest's Givers NPC don't show dialogs

Hi. I trying to follow the clues of the Spring Fever Event but neither Phoebe and Karl pop up any dialog when I double click on them. I can follow the walkthrough from uo site, but I really wonder to experience that on UO. Any idea to solve this "bug". thank you

    Phoebe and Karl are "Oracle NPCs" and not actual Quest NPCs. They respond to speech keywords. When near them say "Greetings", and then repeat the word in their dialog that is in all CAPITALS to continue the conversation.

    Thank you Khyro! Btw is there any mark or flag to know when they are oracle NPCs?
