    How is this a "Pay to Win" item when it is nothing but a costume with zero stats/skills/resists.  I guess all those Halloween costumes were supper UBBER and we didn't know it.

    Im still looking for a dog for it.  

    I have a red dog that does Raging breath, AI, and Chiv.  That seems appropriate for a Demon dog.
