How do you raise a vendor on a goza mat?

I think you have to raise the mat then put the vendor on it.  Then chop.

Needed a ladder to climb up to the raised mat then place vendor

Yup Ladder to get higher than 1 floor. You can raise mats to top of ladder and place another ladder.

Also can use pavers for things like that.
