O'hii Tree seeds?

I just found in an old account a bunch of "Bright Fragant O'hii Tree Seeds".

is it rare? What is it? (a part of me thinks they were the cocoa tree but can't really remember, and I don't want to plant them or put them in the seed box lest the name gets changed and they are now rare.

They are cocoa trees.  The bright ones are the type that give cocoa pulp. The plain ones are purely decorative.
