Online Store bugged

The online store is definitely bugged but not on all shards.

Tried different accounts on the different shards I play and got these same results:

-It opens in Origin, but its completely blank, with no merchandise to be seen, but it displays my available sovereigns. Same relults form all toons in four accounts. (one, my brother's, on a different EA master account)

-is not working at all on ATL, it doesn't even open. It reads: "promo code redemption system is currently unavailable, bla bla.  (same 4 accts used)

-It works fine in Europa, Drachenfels, GL, & Chessy. my balance is showing and the merchandise is there.

    I used less than 2 hours ago on Origin to get gothic theme pack

    Yea, and I bought a few soulstones yesterday, so?
    Did you actually try now to open the store? is it displaying merchandise for you now?
    I posted in General Chat the problem an hour ago and those that answered agreed it was blank.
