Same issue here, it is irritating and has caused WOD to be missed at 32% hp. HP not updating is a critical bug.

I tested attack spells with and without inscription, and the differences are very minimal.

This happens, when we try to drop an item say on 2nd floor, it will drop right through the floor to a container on the 1st floor, which is just the tile right below the 2nd floor. This happens in EC, not sure if the same in CC.
