If the hardware and network 15 years ago can handle a full shard with all housing. 15 years x Moore's law plus fibre network should be fine if they don't cut corners. If the server crash then we know why.

We already expected challenges in the open Destard terrain and Destard paragons. The main issue is that they didn't react fast enough to stop the event after the first day. So there are lesser players in the dungeon thereafter.

Warrior has no change, even sampire is based on bushido, chivalry, necromancy... up to age of samurai. That was ages ago. Only tamers are revamped several times. Every non crafting template had a boost with mastery.
