Did you try doing BODs? Keep casting spells or use eval on NPCs to raise eval. Have use the skill to get gains using that method.

@LilyGrace drop items start at 25 durability and are that green color, just like Beta. Things will need repaired. Crafters are the only ones that can add slayers to weapons.
