You are aware that if you hold the right mouse button down and also click the left button you will initiate 'follow cursor' in both clients? This means you need not hold the right mouse button down to keep moving. A single right click cancels this.

Details please? Houses with vendors must be set public. It could be 'private' if in decay, or it could have the bulk of the house behind closed doors, where access is not 'all'.

I don't think we really need this thread. Holiday gifts were clearly announced on uo.com and the Artisan Festival gifts were listed in publish 111 notes and shown on the relevant wiki page.
