  • 10 lmc x2! even with at  just 1x it would be best in slot. Though I do love me some +magery items,  parry would have to be like... completely removed from the F-ing game, to make it better if stuff like that comes into play.   the only skill tha…

  • I assume the OP is referring to New Legacy, in hopes that it would be a true "Classic Shard". That's what I was hoping for when NL was announced, but It doesn't seem like its going to be.  (only time will tell, but based on the info we read, it's no…

  • Pawain said: Please explain what was wrong with the last event.  You know players that did not get drops that tried? Where was your feedback or guide on how to get drops in any event?    I don't know anyone who didn't get drops that tried …
  • If there were only some sort of detection system in-place & Terms of Service to guide GMs into what types of actions to take to deal with this issue...  There wouldn't be any need for account-bound, or even shard-bound (though I do like the id…
  • the diminishing returns with evasion should be triggered by every 'evade' regardless of what triggered the *evades*, to me, it feels like the devs are trying to make some 'under-used' spells more appealing, but only to fight the 'meta' template, and…
  • Tim said: Just out of curiosity in what circumstances would you not want to use invulnerability?    Mostly for pvp, suits use refined fire, energy & some poison (mostly to reduce the effect of Corpse skin, since that reduces your cap resi…

  • I haven't used these since imbuing was around, and even then, I barely ever used them. you're a true Min-Maxer if you still use these buffs to round your suit out these days, considering they're all 'regen' buffs anyway. But I do agree, a buff/debu…
  • Oreogl said: Well it’s not so much that it’s “not that way anymore” so much as it’s never been that way really. mage duels we’re generally about who was better depending on template and rules.  More specifically straight mage duels no pots…
  • UOAssist works with Classic Client, that's what I use.  (though, i don't use the scroll wheel for targeting, never could get used to it, but you can set macroes to MW, through UOA) I'm not the right person to answer EC questions, I barely have any …
  • yea, a lot of difference that made, right?   I mean, it's not like you can't tell when you're unable to move or anything.... a debuff icon (nerve strike) for an effect that lasts less than 2 seconds to begin with.  If the devs keep listening to the …
  • Grimbeard said: More pvp discussion here than in the pvp discussion thread.. There's so many little things that could be changed it's ridiculous the devs only want to discuss the very small amount in the notes as it relates to pvp.  TBH, the…

  •  Why not just hard cap the amount of attacks that can be evaded based on each individual attacker. This way, if you're fighting 1 person, you could say evade a maximum of 2 damaging-attacks, if you're fighting 2+ people, you could evade up to 2 dama…
  • Agreed, although with tinkering you'd only really get jewelry reforging.  (probably what you're aiming for) They need to also buff reforging a little,   I feel like the highest end runic kits can't proc more than 6 magic properties on items, and gen…

  • I feel like the devs would have most of the information they need to make UO pvp good, from the last several "PvP discussion threads". we've (most of us) have been down this road several times... fewer of us remain.
  •  1 charge / 30 days forged metal of artifacts (recharges), stores only 1 charge at a time.  only mentioned because shard-shields came out, I wouldn't have ever expected those to be a vet reward when Xfer tokens were seemingly selling well from the …

  • Reflected damage doesn't reflect in turn. Weapon damage & some spells which deal physical damage will reflect, also chaos damage will reflect roughly 1/5 hits.
  • EJ wouldn't be anywhere near as gamebreaking as it is without the rampant cheating going on, deal with the "detectable cheats" and EJ is no longer an issue for the most part.
